Wylet Terms & Conditions
Effective March 23, 2026
These Terms are tailored for Wylet as a personal finance organization product. They focus on app and website use, account rules, user-entered financial records and receipts, automated convenience features, deletion rights, and clear limits around legal, tax, and investment advice.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Wylet mobile application and the Wylet website (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using Wylet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Wylet. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use Wylet only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities that occur under your account.
3. License to use Wylet
Subject to these Terms, Wylet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, lawful, non-commercial use.
4. Your content and data
You keep ownership of the content and data you submit to Wylet, including transactions, notes, attachments, receipts, imports, and other materials you upload or create.
You grant Wylet a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, format, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and permissions for anything you upload, import, or store in Wylet.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Wylet to violate any law or rights of others, upload malicious code, interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data without permission, reverse engineer the Service except where the law cannot prohibit it, or use Wylet in a way that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
6. Service purpose and no professional advice
Wylet is a personal finance organization tool. It is designed to help you record information, review summaries, and use convenience features such as planning tools, receipts, imports, exports, duplicate warnings, categorizations, and related functionality.
Wylet is not a bank, accounting service, tax adviser, investment adviser, legal adviser, or emergency financial service.
Any summaries, calculations, categorizations, salary attribution settings, duplicate detection, reminders, planning indicators, brand or merchant matching, or other automated outputs are provided for convenience only and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing your information and making your own financial, tax, legal, and record-keeping decisions.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Wylet at any time, including features, content, or availability. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or error-free.
8. Privacy
Your use of Wylet is also governed by the Wylet Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
Wylet, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other non-user content, is owned by Avia Makovsky or licensed for use and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks that may appear in user-entered transaction data or app-generated references remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Feedback
If you send suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Wylet, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Wylet at any time and may delete your content or account using the tools made available in the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to Wylet if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, misused the Service, or threatened the security or operation of the Service.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wylet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wylet and Avia Makovsky will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Wylet and Avia Makovsky for claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to use Wylet in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the competent courts in Israel, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version in the app or on the website and update the effective date above. By continuing to use Wylet after the changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
